We are SEINō B.V.. We respect your privacy, but sometimes we need your Personal Data. We consider Personal Data to be any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, in conformity with the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR).

This policy explains which Personal Data we use and why (the Privacy Policy). Furthermore, you will read how we store, protect and process this Personal Data.

This Privacy Policy applies to our Website www.seino.ai (the Website), our online application (the App) and the services or products we provide (the Services). We process your Personal Data in accordance with the GDPR and all other relevant legislation and regulations in the field of protection of Personal Data, like Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet) regarding the use of cookies (the Relevant Legislation).

This Privacy Policy explains how SEINō B.V. (“SEINō”) collects, processes, and protects Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. Our goal is to ensure transparency, safeguard the privacy of our users, customers, partners, and employees, and comply with all legal obligations.

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors of our website www.seino.ai (the “Website”),
  • Users of our online application (the “App”), and
  • Clients and partners who use SEINō’s products and services (the “Services”).

It covers all Personal Data processed by SEINō in connection with these activities.

  • Controller: SEINō B.V. is the data controller for all Personal Data processed under this Policy.
  • Data Protection Officer (DPO): SEINō has appointed a DPO who oversees compliance with GDPR and serves as the primary contact for privacy-related matters.

  • Contact Data: name, company name, email address, phone number, address, IP address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number.
  • Payment Data: billing details, payment history, financial administration records.
  • Usage Data: login details, system access logs, and technical information required for security monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Cookies and Tracking Data: information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

6. Purposes of Processing

Personal Data is used for the following purposes:

  • To ensure platform security, integrity, and fraud prevention.

  • Transfers: SEINō stores Personal Data primarily within the European Union. Data transfers outside the EU only occur where adequate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
