SEINō uses a small number of trusted subprocessors to help us deliver a secure, reliable, and high-performance analytics platform.
All subprocessors meet strict GDPR, security, and confidentiality requirements.
We only work with partners who:
- operate in the EU or provide GDPR-compliant safeguards,
- process only the data necessary for their service,
- sign data protection agreements with us,
If we make a material change to our subprocessors, we will update this page.

Google Cloud
Location: EU
Purpose: Hosting, processing, and storing event data from connected email and analytics platforms.
Google Analytics
Location: EU
Purpose: Analyzing website usage to improve our site’s performance. Data is aggregated.
Sentry
Location: EU / USA
Purpose: Application performance and error monitoring. Only pseudonymized technical data is processed.
Pipedrive
Location: EU
Purpose: CRM system used for sales pipelines and customer management.
Make
Location: EU
Purpose: Additional no-code automations for operational processes.
Crisp
Location: EU
Purpose: Customer support and live chat. Stores support messages and conversation history.
Hetzner
Location: EU
Purpose: Dedicated server hosting and compute infrastructure.
Cloudflare
Location: EU
Purpose: Security and performance enhancement, including DDoS protection, CDN, and traffic routing.
No customer data is used for marketing or profiling.
Omnivery
Location: EU
Purpose: Transactional email delivery (system emails and notifications).
MailCampaigns
Location: EU
Purpose: Newsletter and automated lifecycle emails
Seline.com
Location: EU
Purpose: Internal SEINō usage analytics for monitoring platform performance. No personal data stored.
