How Comafin finds emails that need attention in one to two minutes

Comafin runs email campaigns and automations across three business lines. As that work grew, understanding performance took more time. To review a campaign, the team opened each message in Spotler, copied the results into Excel and checked Google Analytics 4 separately for outcomes such as booked appointments.

Reviewing one campaign used to take around 15 minutes. Comafin now says it can see which emails need attention across all campaigns in one to two minutes. The team uses SEINō to review results across its business lines, monitor individual emails and investigate campaigns that need attention.

A clearer view of the work

Comafin uses dashboards to bring its email results into internal discussions without assembling a fresh spreadsheet each time. The team can start with an overall view, then look more closely at a particular campaign or message. It also uses alerts: when an email’s click-to-open rate falls below a threshold Comafin has set, the team gets a prompt to investigate.

The same reporting shows conversions attributed to email, including appointments and enquiries. That gives the team more context for discussing each business line’s performance.

15 min / campaign → 1–2 min / all
Inspiration email click-to-open rate
~6% / 30 days → ~20% / 30 days

One email worth revisiting

In a three-email quotation campaign, Comafin noticed that the second message, an inspiration email, was underperforming. Its click-to-open rate (CTO) was around 6% over a 30-day period. The team shortened a long introduction, added linked project names beneath a four-image project section so readers could more readily open the projects, and removed a distracting footer with around ten links.

Over a separate 30-day period, the revised version achieved around 20% CTO. These are Comafin’s reported results from two periods, not a controlled test. The team spotted a weak point, revised the email and could monitor the result.

More time for the next question

Comafin says it can now bring up a complete dashboard quickly when colleagues discuss results across the business lines. Instead of spending around 15 minutes analysing one campaign, it can identify emails that need attention across all campaigns in one to two minutes. It also describes the SEINō team’s support as responsive and easy to work with.

For Comafin, better reporting means a shorter path from “How did the campaign do?” to “Which message should we look at next?”
