Overview
The Spotler Mail+ integration brings mailing activity and contacts from Mail+ into SEINō. Regular mailings and messages sent by automations both arrive, and the mailing type stays available as a dimension, so you can tell them apart.
What SEINō receives
Mailings and automations
Sends, bounces, opens, clicks and unsubscribes for every mailing and automation message, along with the message and the link that was clicked.
Contacts
A daily snapshot of your Mail+ contacts, kept as history. A completed day’s snapshot is never rewritten.
Connect Spotler Mail+
Create an integration in Spotler Mail+ to get a consumer key and secret. In SEINō, enable Spotler Mail+, give the account a name to recognise it by in reports, and enter both values. SEINō checks the credentials before it saves the account. You can connect more than one Mail+ account.
Refresh
SEINō processes Spotler Mail+ event files about every three hours.
Good to know
- Mail+ does not identify machine opens or bot clicks in the data this integration uses.
- Unsubscribes come from the mailing totals rather than from individual events.
- UTM values appear only on clicks whose link carries them.
