Overview
Through the SEINō MCP server, ChatGPT answers questions about your email-marketing results. It reads the same datasets, metrics and target plans your dashboards use, from the one workspace you pick when you connect. It can read your data, but never change it.
The MCP server is in beta.
What ChatGPT can answer
Ask in your own words; ChatGPT picks the dataset and metrics that fit your workspace. For example:
- Which mailing type brings in the most revenue per send?
- Compare open rate and click rate between August and September.
- Show the weekly trend of revenue since the start of the year.
- Which metric in our revenue target plan is furthest behind?
- Is our complaint rate high for our industry?
Connect ChatGPT
SEINō connects as an app, which needs ChatGPT’s developer mode:
- Pro: turn on developer mode, then add SEINō from Settings > Apps > Create, with the address
https://mcp.seino.ai/. - Business, Enterprise and Edu: an admin turns on developer mode first; then add SEINō the same way.
ChatGPT opens a Connect to SEINō page. Sign in, choose the workspace ChatGPT may read, check that the page names ChatGPT, and select Allow access.
A connection reads one workspace. To use another, add SEINō again with its own address, such as https://mcp.seino.ai/?workspace=acme, and pick that workspace when you connect.
Manage access
Every connection is listed on your SEINō Profile, under AI clients, with its workspace and when it was last used. Select Revoke to end it; ChatGPT loses access within an hour. A connection ChatGPT has not renewed for 30 days expires by itself.
