Overview
Through the SEINō MCP server, Claude answers questions about your email-marketing results. It reads the same datasets, metrics and target plans your dashboards use, from the one workspace you pick when you connect. It can read your data, but never change it.
The MCP server is in beta.
What Claude can answer
Ask in your own words; Claude picks the dataset and metrics that fit your workspace. For example:
- Which 10 campaigns had the highest click rate in September?
- Show revenue by market for last quarter, and say which market grew most.
- Were there unusual days for unsubscribes in the last 30 days?
- Are we on track for our target plans this quarter?
- How does our open rate compare to the retail industry in the Netherlands?
Connect Claude
Add SEINō as a custom connector with the address https://mcp.seino.ai/:
- Free, Pro and Max: from Customize > Connectors.
- Team and Enterprise: an Owner adds SEINō under Organization settings > Connectors, and members then connect it from Customize > Connectors.
Claude opens a Connect to SEINō page. Sign in, choose the workspace Claude may read, check that the page names Claude, and select Allow access.
A connection reads one workspace. To use another, add SEINō again with its own address, such as https://mcp.seino.ai/?workspace=acme, and pick that workspace when you connect.
Manage access
Every connection is listed on your SEINō Profile, under AI clients, with its workspace and when it was last used. Select Revoke to end it; Claude loses access within an hour. A connection Claude has not renewed for 30 days expires by itself.
