How EasyToys brought 11 Klaviyo accounts into one CRM view

EasyToys, part of EQOM, manages CRM activity across multiple labels and markets. Reporting was spread across spreadsheets and 11 Klaviyo accounts, making it difficult to see the whole picture or compare results consistently.

With SEINō, the team can review performance in one place and keep historical context from its earlier Deployteq setup.

For a CRM team working across several labels, a campaign result is only part of the answer. Patrique Benes and his colleagues also need to understand how audiences develop, where valuable customers come from and whether a change in one market is visible across the wider business.

A report assembled across spreadsheets and accounts

EasyToys’ reporting had relied on manual Excel work. The team was bringing together results from separate campaigns, labels and markets, while the data sat across 11 Klaviyo accounts. That made a consistent view hard to maintain and left less time to investigate what the figures meant.

The question was not simply how to produce another dashboard. EasyToys needed a reporting layer that could serve both local CRM managers, who work with their own label’s results, and the central team, which needs to compare performance across the business.

Keeping the past visible through a platform change

The move from Deployteq to Klaviyo made historical context especially important. A new platform could show current campaigns, but trends over time would be harder to judge if earlier results were left behind.

SEINō brought historical Deployteq data alongside the Klaviyo reporting environment. That gave the team continuity when reviewing performance before and after the migration, rather than starting every comparison from the date of the new setup.

One view, with room to investigate

EasyToys now uses shared dashboards to review results across its Klaviyo accounts. The central team can look across labels and markets, while CRM managers can focus on the campaigns and audiences relevant to them. The same reporting environment supports both views without requiring a separate spreadsheet for each question.

The team can also follow how segment value changes over time and connect lead sources to later revenue. Those views help Patrique and his colleagues move beyond a campaign total: they can ask which audiences are gaining value, which sources bring in valuable customers and where a result needs a closer look.

More time for the work after reporting

The practical gain is a faster route from scattered data to a usable answer. Instead of rebuilding the overview in Excel, the team can spend more of its time interpreting campaign performance and deciding what to improve.

For EasyToys, the value of unified reporting is the combination of scale and continuity: one place to review 11 Klaviyo accounts, with the earlier Deployteq history available when the team needs context for a decision.
